Cancellation Time Limit

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 4 hours of order submission.

  • Once the order has moved into processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Sale and Offer Orders

  • Orders placed during sales, discounts, special offers, or promotional campaigns are not eligible for cancellation.

  • This applies to limited-time deals, festive sales, clearance sales, and coupon-based discounts.

Important Conditions

  • Cancellation requests are processed only after verification of order details.
